A few things to know:
* Included in your rent are all your utility bills and wi-fi, so all your living expenses are covered. There is a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) in place and any over-usage from the terms in the FUP will be charged at the end of your tenancy.
* If you’d like to pay monthly or quarterly then we’ll need details of a guarantor who is a UK resident and has an annual income of approx. 3 times the annual rent.
* Couples are most welcome at Westgate One. All our studios have a double bed, so two people can live comfortably. Please note there is a £100.00 per month supplement for couples, to contribute towards the increased energy usage.
